Customer Refund Policy

- No refund is available once the order is assigned to the respective network of professionals.
- Not responding to email/call/WhatsApp for more than 7(seven) days, then the order shall be deemed cancelled, and no refund will occur under any circumstances.
- The customer must obtain approval from the respective consultant for their service. Therefore, any dispute between the customer and consultant Investorlink shall not be held liable, and it will solely be considered an individual dispute between the client and consultant.
- Once you access the platform of our https://investorlink.in/ before purchasing services, you undertake the full responsibility of complete knowledge of the “applicable government fees, government compliance requirements, documents, and various other documents or facilities” that are required for obtaining and securing the license or registration or certification or government approval certificates.
- You are fully responsible for furnishing all the necessary documents and information as requested by the network of professionals for a successful delivery of your service. Investorlink is not responsible for the customer's failure to provide the necessary information for a maximum period of 15 days. Refund Policy for Undelivered Services
No refunds will be issued if our network of professionals is unable to deliver services due to changes in laws or regulations and you fail to comply with the updated government norms under any circumstances.
- Investorlink (A Unit of Enterslice iTES Private Limited.) reserves the right to assign new professionals from our network if the originally appointed ones are unable to provide the services once you’ve submitted all necessary documents and information. If no professionals can deliver the services within 30 days, you may request a refund.
- No refund, in case the delay is from the end of the regulators or government departments. Any delay from the end of the regulatory authorities shall not be considered a delay from the consultant's end.
- You are solely liable for the government penalties or fees for any reason in connection with the service you are getting, and the consultants and Investorlink are not responsible for any such action imposed by the government authorities.
- By purchasing our services from our website, you undertake that you are not an agent or middleman and are aware that Investorlink is an investment recovery consulting firm, a platform solely designed to help customers recover their lost investments. In case any service order is received from the middleman or unregistered professionals or professionals outside the Investorlink network, such orders shall be considered in violation of the platform principles and under such circumstances order shall be marked as cancelled, and no refund shall take place.
- No refund shall be entertained when the documents required for delivering the service order have been shared with you through email or WhatsApp.
Refund Policy for Undelivered Services
Investorlink is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control. This includes natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, labour strikes, terrorism, and other force majeure events.
Refund Method

working days to finish. The nodal officer decision is considered the final decision.
Dispute Settlement
In any dispute that arises among the parties, the New Delhi court shall have the exclusive right to hear the matter.
